Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict, no returns, no refunds policy on any consumable good.

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and originally packaged non-consumable goods may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of your order. 

Email us within 30 days of your order and we'll send you a return authorization number (RMA).

Please note that in order to return an unopened product, you need a RMA number.

EXCHANGES

Customers are eligible for one product exchange a year on any open product. 

Exchanges are provided via store credit. 

Limitations do apply: entire orders, bundles, discounted items, sample packs, buy two get one free and volume packs are not covered by our exchange policy.

THE FINE PRINT

All discounted product, sample packs, and clearance items are all sales final. 

Consumable goods are not valid for a return or refund, but you are eligible for one product exchange per year. 

Non-consumable goods may be returned with an assigned RMA. 

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Discounted or Clearance Items: Discounted and clearance items are not eligible for a return. This includes items purchased with a coupon.

Sample Packs: Sample packs and sample sticks are all sales final.

Promo Items: Promotional items and mystery gifts are all sales final. 

Buy 2 Get the 3rd Free: Orders using this promotion are all sales final. 

Apparel: To be eligible for a return, apparel must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Supplements: If your supplements are opened and you're unsatisfied you can request an exchange up to 30 days from purchase date. Supplements must be less than 1/2 used (if you truly weren't satisfied, you wouldn't have used more than 1/2). 

Adverse Reactions: If you have any known pre-existing conditions that may not agree with our products, we recommend that you only order one product if you'd like to be covered by our exchange policy. 

Shipping Times & Delayed Shipments

Shipping times are estimations provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves the warehouse, we have no control over time in transit, delayed shipments, or tracking information. 

Orders that experiences delays cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned while in transit.

If you are experiencing delays with your shipment, keep an eye on your tracking for updated time stamps. 

Returned & Refused Shipments

All returned and refused shipments will be automatically refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your subscription, you must log into your account at athsport.co/login to complete the cancellation. 

Customers receive subscription reminders three days prior to their upcoming processing date. If you need to cancel your subscription - you must do so within the three days after your reminder email. 

Any subscriptions that process before closing your account cannot be cancelled. 

Refunds

Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment. Depending on your institution and type of card used, refunds can take anywhere between 3-10 business days to show in your account. 

Discounts and Promotions

Only one discount can be used per order. 

Discounts can not be applied to past orders nor added to processed orders. Order purchased at a discounted price are not covered by our exchange guarantee. 

Back Orders

Back-ordered items ship as soon as they're available.

If you have non-backordered items in your order, your entire order will be held until all items are in stock. 

We are unable to split-ship a back-ordered item for you. If you wish to have your in stock products shipped immediately, please place two separate orders. 

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damage or even if you're just plain unsatisfied. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email.
