Opened products may be returned for store credit or exchanged for equal or lesser value.
Any unopened products may be returned minus a 15% restocking fee.
Email us within 60 days of your order and we'll send you a return authorization number (RMA).
Please note that in order to return an unopened product, you need a RMA number.
THE FINE PRINT
Basically, don't abuse it. Our guarantee is in place to make it easy to exchange or return our products, but certain limitations are required to be reasonable and fair to all our customers.
To prevent abuse, customers are eligible for one exchange a year on any open products. Anymore must be approved on a case-by-case basis. Entire bundles and volume packs are not covered by our exchange policy. Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for a return.
Any un-opened product(s) may be returned for a refund or store credit
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the final refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking fee: All returns are charged a 15% restocking fee which is deducted from the refund. Restocking fee is waived on exchanges.
Discounted or Clearance Items: Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for a return. This includes items purchased with a coupon.
Trials or Promo Items: Trials or any promotional items are not eligible for a return.
Apparel: To be eligible for a return, apparel must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Supplements: If your supplements are opened and you're unsatisfied you can request an exchange up to 60 days from purchase date. Supplements must be less than 1/2 used (if you truly weren't satisfied, you wouldn't have used more than 1/2). Unopened supplements are eligible for a refund from 60 days of purchase.
Adverse Reactions: If you have any known pre-existing conditions that may not agree with our products, we recommend that you only order one product if you'd like to be covered by our exchange policy. Any open product may only be returned for store credit.
Bundles: Entire bundles do not qualify for our exchange program, but are eligible on a per item basis. For example, if you order a starter bundle and are unhappy with a single opened product, you can request to be covered under our exchange program. If you open all the products, only one item will be covered under our exchange program. Unopened items are eligible for returns.
Shipping Times & Delayed Shipments
Shipping times are estimations based upon carrier published delivery times and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, once in carrier hands, we have no control over delayed shipments and cannot issue a refund due to shipments taking longer than expected.
Cancellations, Returned & Refused Shipments
Any orders cancelled, returned or refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once processed, an order cannot be canceled.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your subscription, you must either email us at email@example.com requesting to cancel or log into your account at athorganics.com/login and select cancel subscription.

Any subscriptions that have already been shipped and or processed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 3-5 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will double check it went through.
Discounts can not be applied to past orders. Only one discount can be used per order. Discounted orders are not covered by our exchange guarantee.
Back OrdersBack-ordered items ship as soon as they're available. If you have non-back ordered items in your order, they will ship when the back ordered item comes back in stock. If you wish to have them shipped sooner, please place two separate orders. Due to our fulfillment center, we cannot split your order for you.
We replace items if they are defective, damage or even if you're just plain unsatisfied. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email.
We will replace or exchange any expired products. We guarantee products for a minimum of 60 days from purchase.
