Customer Experience Manager

We're looking for a qualified Customer Experience Manager. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in customer experience, we'd like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate thinks in optimizing systems, has exceptional oral and written communication skills, has a passion for physical fitness and nutrition, and is experienced delivering an exceptional customer experience. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and understand the customer journey.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all customer experience issues.

REQUIREMENTS

1. We conduct reference checks and require passing a typing test of 50 WPM or higher.

DUTIES

  • Assist and manage customer service channels.
  • Respond back to customer service tickets: email and text in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on product feedback and online reviews, both onsite and offsite.
  • Train and manage customer experience team members.
  • Work with production and marketing to enhance the customer experience.

    Producer/Editor

    We are looking for a Producer/Editor to join our Content & Communications team. Your daily tasks will focus on shooting and editing videos for all platforms (digital, social, broadcast). You have a grasp on storytelling and understand that the strategy behind the video concept is just as important as the production itself.

    You will help grow the ATH brand through visual creativity and tell our story by creating content.

    REQUIREMENTS

    1. Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator) to create motion graphics and add special effects to videos
    2. Producing content using social media and digital platforms
    3. Sports (soccer preferred)
    4. Excited to work with the ATH brand

    DUTIES

    • You will report to the Director of Marketing
    • Produce visual content for our platforms including digital, social and broadcast channels using motion graphics, video editing, and photo editing software
    • Continually learn about video trends and try new techniques in editing
    • Understand current and latest social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap, TikTok) and how to create compelling visual content for each platform
    • Identify viral trends and create engaging content to take advantage of these moments
    • Shoot short and long format ads, footage of events, feature b-roll, scenic footage, and more
