5 Easy Ways to Use Collagen

Unflavored and tasteless, Collagen can be easily added to your favorite coffee, teas, and baked goods but the fun doesn't stop there!

Protein Pudding

1. CHIA PUDDING 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop Collagen Protein 
  • 1 C Cashew Milk (unsweetened)
  • 4 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • Optional Toppings: Fresh Fruit, Honey, Granola 

Directions: 

  1. Add milk and collagen to your blender and blend on low for 30 seconds until combined.
  2. Transfer the liquid mix to a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Add chia seeds to the liquid mixture and combine until all seeds are coated.
  4. Refrigerate the chia pudding for 3-4 hours to let the seeds soak up the liquid.
  5. Serve chia pudding cold and top with fresh fruit, honey, granola, etc.

Optional: If you’d like your chia pudding on the sweeter side, add fresh fruit or honey to your blender when combining the milk and collagen.

Protein Pudding

2. PB+J OATS 

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 scoops Collagen Protein
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Berries
  • Optional Toppings: Fresh Fruit, Granola, Coconut Shavings, Nut Butter

Directions:

  1. In a medium pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add rolled oats and berries to the pot.
  3. Stir together and reduce to medium-heat.
  4. Stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and add 1-2 scoops of Collagen to the Oat and Berry mixture. Combine well.
  6. Let the oatmeal sit for up to 2 minutes.
  7. Add toppings of choice!
Collagen Smoothie Bowl

3. VEGGIES SMOOTHIE BOWL 

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 scoops Collagen Protein
  • 1 scoop Veggies Powder
  • 1 C Unsweetened Cashew Milk
  • 1 C Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 2 Frozen Bananas (small)
  • 2 C Frozen Mango
  • Optional Toppings: Fresh Fruit, Granola, Honey

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
  2. Enjoy as a smoothie or a smoothie bowl topped with fresh fruit and granola!
  3. Makes 2 servings!
Turmeric Tea

4. TURMERIC TEA 

Ingredients:

  • 5 Turmeric Capsules
  • 1 scoop Collagen Protein
  • 2 C Water
  • 1.5 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 of a lemon (juice)
  • Sprinkle Cayenne Pepper and Fresh Ginger

Directions :

  1. Break apart 5 Joint Capsules and set aside.
  2. In a small sauce pan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add Joint powder and 1 scoop of Collagen to water.
  4. Whisk to combine all powders.
  5. Add the lemon juice and honey to the pot and combine.
  6. Optional: Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and fresh ginger.
Chocolate Protein Pudding

5. CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 scoops Collagen Protein
  • 1 C Unsweetened Nut Milk
  • 1/4 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. PB Fit
  • 4 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • Optional Toppings: Fresh Berries, Coconut Shavings, Chocolate Slivers

Directions:

  1. Add nut milk, collagen, chocolate chunks, and PB Fit to your blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute.
  3. Transfer liquid to a medium mixing bowl and add chia seeds.
  4. Combine chia seeds and liquid well.
  5. Refrigerate the chia pudding for 3-4 hours to let the seeds soak up the liquid.
  6. Serve chocolate chia pudding cold and top off with fresh berries.
