      CAN I TAKE BURN DAILY?

      YES!

      BURN works best with consistency and has been formulated for daily use. Ingredients like Capsimax and Grains of Paradise provide 24/7 fat burning effects. 

      Maximize these effects by taking your 3 capsules every day. 

      CAN I TAKE BURN WITH OTHER VITAMINS?

      YES! Build a routine of taking BURN by adding it to your typical vitamin popping schedule.

      BURN uses thermogenics to boost metabolism and increase energy expenditure (calories burned).

      HOW TO USE BURN?

      If the goal is fat loss, BURN should be used on top of a deficit and moderate physical activity.

      HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IS IN BURN?

      BURN has 120mg of natural caffeine from organic Coffeeberry. 

      For comparison, here are typical caffeine amounts:

      • 1 cup of black tea = ~47mg
      • 1 espresso shot = ~64mg
      • 1 cup of black coffee = ~95mg
      • 1 scoop PRE = 100mg

      One serving of BURN is equivalent to about 2 shots of espresso. 

      HOW MANY TIMES A DAY SHOULD I TAKE BURN?

      We recommend taking BURN once a day.

      However if you feel like you need more, you can up to two servings per day - make sure to space them out. 

      *Do not exceed more than six capsules per day. 

      HOW SHOULD I FEEL WHEN I TAKE BURN?

      Within 30-60 minutes of taking BURN you should feel:

      WHAT CAN I TAKE WITH BURN?

      YOUR LIQUID OF CHOICE 

      BURN can be taken with a healthy liquid of choice, but we recommend washing it down with ample ounces of water.

      WITH OR W/OUT FOOD

      BURN can be taken on an empty stomach or with a light meal. 

      Unlike vitamins like Zinc or Vitamin C - it's not imperative that you take it with a meal.

      WHAT'S THE BEST TIME TO TAKE BURN?

      This will depend on your caffeine sensitivity. Here's our two recommendations: 

      MORNING 

      If you're sensitive to caffeine, we suggest taking BURN in the morning hours so that your body has time to work through the caffeine content. 

      If you're sensitive to caffeine, we do not recommend taking BURN in the evening hours. 

      ANYTIME 

      If you're not sensitive to caffeine and a cup of joe puts you to sleep, BURN can be taken any time of day. 

      Morning, night, doesn't matter.

      WHEN SHOULD I STOP TAKING BURN?

      Think of BURN as a two-step supplement;

      STEP 1: FAT LOSS

      Take BURN to increase fat loss and improve body composition.

      Once you've hit your goals, you don't need to stop taking BURN. 

      Instead, BURN moves into step 2...maintenance. 

      STEP 2: MAINTENANCE

      Just like it helped increase fast loss and improve body composition, BURN can aid in healthy weight management by helping to:
