How To Get Rid of Your Shaker Bottle Stench

It's inevitable that your shaker bottle will begin to stink, especially after you left your partially used protein shake in your car on a hot summer day.

CANT GET RID OF THE STENCH? TRY THIS

Step 1) Start with washing your shaker bottle with soap and water

Step 2) Add 1 Tbsp of Baking Soda

Step 3) Add about 1/4 cup of Distilled White Vinegar

Step 4) Fill up the rest of your cup with tap water

Step 4) Screw on the top with the cap slightly opened and shake it up to ensure your concoction gets into all the nooks and crannies (do this over the sink, it will foam)

Step 5) Let sit for an hour and wash out with soap and water

If you live in a humid place like us (Hawaii), store your shaker bottle with newspaper stuffed inside to absorb and moisture and prevent any bacteria growth.
