When I ordered creatine I had some expectations.. increased endurance and maybe a little size but an unexpected perk after taking it for a bit is recovery! I usually go hard in the gym and typically walk away sore after a tough one but since I started a creatine cycle I've been surprised how quickly I recover. I'm totally ready every morning to get after it again!
